Job Description
As the Deputy Finance Controller, you will:
- Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, tax, bank reconciliation, billing, and reinsurance accounting
- Ensure strong internal controls and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Lead financial audits and support risk and governance initiatives
- Analyse operational costs and drive financial efficiency improvements
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to implement finance policies and procedures
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Deputy Finance Controller Should Have
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
- CPA designation preferred
- Strong background in financial reporting, budgeting, and cost analysis
- Experience with audits, compliance, and internal control frameworks
- Ability to manage a hybrid work setup based in Manila
