- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- Licensed/Registered Civil Engineer

- Master's in Dam/Hydropower or Construction Management
- PMP or equivalent
- FIDIC certification

- 15+ years in dam/hydropower projects.
- 10+ years in construction supervision
- Experience as Resident Engineer or similar
- Experience in contractor management
- Experience in FIDIC contracts
- Experience in large hydro rehabilitation
- International project experience
- Experience with government/PPP projects
- Experience in tunneling & underground works
- Experience on multi-package projects
- Dam and hydropower construction methods
- Contract administration & claims
- QA/QC systems
