Job Description

Serve as the strategic partner to the CFO and executive leadership team.
Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.
Drive profitability improvement, working capital optimisation, and cash flow management.
Strengthen financial governance, compliance, internal controls, and risk management.
Support major capital investments, business cases, and strategic initiatives.
Lead finance transformation, automation, and process improvement programmes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Deputy CFO should have:

CPA
15 years of progressive finance leadership
Industry experience in construction, engineering, or infrastructure
Proven track record in strategic finance, capital allocation, business partnering, and transformation initiatives.
Strong exposure to board reporting, treasury, working capital management, and corporate governance.
Demonstrated success leading large finance teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
