Depot Manager

Client: Locally-owned Riding app

Location: Ortigas

Schedule: Daily Onsite

Depot Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of Xpress fleet operations across assigned depots, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable deployment of company assets (consisting of Taxi and Motorcycle) and other mobility assets.

-Performance Monitoring

-Compliance & Safety

-Cross-Functional Coordination

Qualifications:

-Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, Operations Management, or related field.

-Minimum of 5 years of experience in transportation, fleet, logistics, mobility, or operations management.

-At least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.

-Experience managing Taxi, TNVS, Motorcycle, or fleet operations is highly preferred.
