Description

  • Manage and oversee depot administration processes to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate with various departments to facilitate inventory management and logistics functions.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports pertaining to depot operations.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of administrative policies and procedures.
  • Support training and onboarding of new administrative staff as required.
  • Ad hoc - depot nurse to respond in emergencies and other medical concerns

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Registered Nurse
  • Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in administrative support or logistics coordination.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented and able to work independently or as part of a team.
