About The Role
As a
Deposit Strategy and MIS Manager under Deposit and Payroll Division, you will be responsible in building and updating financial / product profitability models to support decision making for the division, identifying opportunities to drive profitability, and collaboration with business unit heads and SMEs to build reports / analysis.
How You'll Contribute
- Creates profitability models / framework / analysis that would support the Business teams to look for further opportunities in expanding volume growth and increasing profitability
- Performs campaign / product initiatives profitability review in collaboration with the Business and Product managers
- Conducts monthly deep dive on the division's financial performance and drivers update with the Business and Finplan to discuss actual performance and rest of year outlook on drivers
- Provides support on the annual budget preparation for the division
- Reports / MIS enhancements
What We're Looking For
- Must have at least 5 to 10 years relevant experience
- With experience in FP&A, Business Planning, and Data Analytics
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills, conflict management / problem-solving skills, and project management skills
- Proficient in MS Tools
