As a Deployment Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing the deployment of employees within the organization, confirming that the right talent is in the right place at the right time. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will collaborate with subject matter specialists and project teams to strategize effective ways to locate, assess, educate, and train employees, aligning with market developments and firm strategy.
As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality outcomes. Responsibilities
- Managing and optimizing the deployment of employees to align with organizational needs and strategies
- Collaborating with subject matter specialists to strategize effective talent identification and development initiatives
- Utilizing analytical thinking to interpret data and inform workforce planning and resource allocation decisions
- Coordinating staff and resources to validate timely and efficient project execution
- Developing staffing models and plans to support business performance management and strategic forecasting

What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's Degree
- At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources preferably in a professional services firm
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
