We connect the Right People to solve business challenges through strategic staffing, permanent placement, and customized outsourcing solutions. Using our proprietary TRINIT-E® Service Maturity Model, we help clients innovate, automate, and improve processes across industries.

Why This Role Matters:

Join a fast-growing global dental technology company as a Digital Impression Specialist and play a key role in shaping the future of digital dentistry. You'll ensure dental offices achieve the highest quality in digital impressions, directly influencing patient outcomes and helping practices succeed. This is a high-impact, customer-facing role for professionals passionate about dental technology, quality, and education.

What You'll Do:

As a Live Scan Review Specialist, you'll be the expert guiding dental practices toward perfect digital impressions. Your work will include:

  • Conducting live and post-submission reviews of digital impressions, offering real-time guidance to dental staff.
  • Identifying technical and clinical issues such as margin errors, tissue over margin, and bite misalignments.
  • Educating and coaching dental practices to master intraoral scanning techniques.
  • Communicating clearly and professionally with dental teams via chat and voice to provide actionable feedback.
  • Documenting findings, tracking recurring issues, and contributing to continuous process improvement.
  • Managing high-volume, complex inquiries while maintaining strict adherence to quality standards and SLAs.

What We're Looking For:

We want professionals who combine dental expertise with tech-savviness and excellent communication skills:

  • 2+ years of experience as a dental lab technician, dental assistant, or CAD/CAM designer.
  • Deep knowledge of dental anatomy, terminology, and morphology.
  • Hands-on experience with 3Shape Design and intraoral scanner software and hardware (4+ years preferred).
  • Chairside and lab experience is a strong plus.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to handle complex or sensitive client interactions calmly.
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment and solve problems independently.
  • Implant experience is a plus but not required.

Why You'll Love It Here:

  • Be part of an innovative, global dental technology company.
  • Work in a dynamic, high-impact role that makes a tangible difference in patient care.
  • Collaborate with talented teams and continuously expand your technical and clinical skills.
  • Enjoy a supportive environment where quality, education, and innovation are at the core of everything we do.
  • Local employment only in the Philippines, giving you the chance to grow your career while working in your home country.

If you're passionate about dental technology, thrive on solving complex clinical challenges, and enjoy coaching others to succeed, this is the perfect opportunity for you to make a real impact.
