Salary: PHP 20,000- 25,000 / month
Job Description:
- Collect outstanding balances from insurance companies.
- Investigate and resolve denied or underpaid claims.
- Submit appeals and reconsideration requests for denied claims.
- Review Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) and identify discrepancies.
- Communicate with insurance companies and dental offices regarding account status.
- Identify denial/ rejection patterns and implement corrective policy for future prevention.
- Accurately document all collection efforts, payment arrangements, and disputes.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of Dental Collection or Billing experience.
- Familiarity with insurance policy types- PPO, HMO, Medi-Cal (preferred but not required).
- Ability to navigate Healthcare Practice Management systems (preferred but not required).
- Strong accuracy, attention to detail, and time management skills.
- Data entry skills (40 WPM or better).
- Ability to work with and maintain confidential information.
- Able to work from home with a reliable internet connection.
- Willing to work in shifting schedules, mostly night shift.
- Able to work from home with reliable internet and a backup connection.
