About the Role

We're looking for a Dental Claims Specialist to support U.S. dental practices and manage dental revenue cycle activities from claim submission through final resolution.

What You'll Do

• Review and manage dental claims, accounts, and work queues

• Handle claim submission, insurance follow-up, denials, rejections, appeals, and resubmissions

• Investigate unpaid, underpaid, rejected, and denied claims

• Follow up with U.S. insurance carriers regarding claim status and payment concerns

• Review aging reports and perform A/R follow-up

• Research payment discrepancies, adjustments, and outstanding balances

• Maintain accurate account, claim, and follow-up documentation

• Work with payer portals, clearinghouses, and dental practice management systems

• Escalate complex billing and payer issues when necessary

What We're Looking For

• At least 2 years of hands-on U.S. dental billing, dental insurance, or dental RCM experience

• Experience managing dental insurance claims from submission through resolution

• Strong knowledge of CDT codes, dental terminology, EOBs/ERAs, PPO adjustments, deductibles, and patient responsibility

• Experience with dental claims, denials, rejections, appeals, attachments, and resubmissions

• Experience using dental practice management systems such as Dentrix, Dentrix Ascend, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, Curve Dental, CareStack, or similar platforms

• Strong A/R follow-up and claim resolution skills

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills

• Stable employment history

• Amenable to a schedule aligned with 8:00 AM–5:00 PM U.S. Eastern Time

Preferred: 4+ years of dental billing/RCM experience, Dentrix/Dentrix Ascend experience, high-volume dental A/R experience, and experience supporting multiple dental practices.

Work Setup: Remote

Schedule: U.S. Eastern Time business hours
