Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and technically adept Remote Sales Representative to join our team. This role is a blend of consultative sales and technical advisory, focused on empowering CAD/CAM professionals. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sales background, exceptional customer relationship skills, and a fundamental understanding of digital dental manufacturing workflows. We specialize in providing our team with excellent Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and comprehensive product training to ensure success. This is a critical remote position dedicated to growing our market presence with US clients, requiring daily, native-sounding English communication. The role includes opportunities for international travel and may require the candidate to travel internationally from time to time, including to the USA, China, and other countries in Southeast Asia (such as Korea).

Responsibilities:

  • Consultative Sales & Technical Coaching: Act as a trusted advisor and sales coach for US-based clients, providing expert guidance on the features of MillBox (Dental CAM) Software and other technical solutions to enhance their manufacturing productivity.
  • Client Growth & Upselling: Nurture inbound leads through the sales pipeline, from initial inquiry to conversion. Proactively identify and close opportunities for upselling our comprehensive suite of products, including Milling Machine Solutions, materials, and tools, to help clients meet demands for consistent and quality production.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain exceptionally high levels of satisfaction within the current customer base through regular engagement, technical support, and value-focused communication.
  • Sales Execution: Conduct compelling virtual product demonstrations and technical presentations that clearly articulate the value proposition of our CAD/CAM offerings.
  • Sales Operations: Manage client accounts and perform essential administrative tasks related to sales, including order processing, invoicing via QuickBooks, and managing product listings/fulfillment on Shopify.
  • Business & ROI Consultation: Demonstrate a deep understanding of dental laboratory and clinic business models to provide clients with clear ROI projections for technology upgrades and acquisitions, framing these investments as strategic business decisions.
  • Proactive Lead Generation & Social Campaigning: Actively follow and engage in online conversations within Facebook Groups, Dental Lab Forums, and LinkedIn communities. Strategically campaign to seek out potential customers and deliver them into the sales pipeline, promoting products and services where a specific need is identified.
  • Onboarding & Technical Handoff: Handle the initial onboarding process for new customers and coordinate with the technical team to ensure all customer issues or concerns are met with solutions to drive customer satisfaction from the foundation of the relationship.

Compensation Structure:

The starting base salary is negotiable and will be determined based on performance and experience. This role includes a lucrative commission plan on hardware and software sales. Sales quotas will apply from month 3 onward, providing the first two months for product training, organizing sales strategies, and readying sales tools (spreadsheets, ROI calculators, etc.).

Requirements:

  • Communication: Fluent, native-sounding English with exceptional verbal and written communication skills is a core requirement for daily professional interaction with US clients.
  • Schedule: This is a remote role requiring availability during US business hours (e.g., 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM EST).
  • Experience: Prior experience dealing with Dental Clinicians and / or Dental Technicians / Dental lab owners in a sales role is highly preferred. Must have a proven track record in high-value B2B consultative sales.
  • Technical & Business Aptitude: In the absence of direct CAD/CAM experience, the candidate must be a quick study, able to pick up advanced manufacturing techniques and understand how MillBox operates and functions as the beating heart of Dental Labs and Clinics. They must also be familiar with and knowledgeable about utilizing AI to help achieve sales goals and expand their knowledge on the subject matter of Dental CAM and CNC Milling Machines.
  • Sales Operations: Proficiency in core sales principles, customer service practices, QuickBooks, and Shopify.

Preferred Qualifications:
