About My Mountain Mover (MMM)
My Mountain Mover (MMM) is a fast-growing, mission-driven staffing company providing
pre-trained virtual professionals to U.S. businesses, with a strong and expanding focus in the
healthcare industry.
At our core, we exist to remove operational burdens from healthcare practices — so leaders
can focus on what matters most. For many of our clients, that means delivering better patient
care. For our team members, it means building meaningful careers inside a company that
values both performance and people.
But what truly sets MMM apart isn't just our growth — it's our culture.
We operate with discipline through the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), but we pair
that structure with an intentional, people-first culture. We believe high performance and
strong culture go hand in hand.
Here's what that looks like:
● Annual company summit where our team gathers to connect, celebrate wins, and
align on vision
● Leadership retreats focused on growth, strategy, and personal development
● Guest speakers and development sessions to sharpen both professional and
personal skill sets
● Meaningful charitable initiatives through our charity, Greater Heights Foundation —
giving back is built into who we are
● Recognition, gifts, prizes, and performance incentives that celebrate excellence
● A genuine emphasis on ownership, accountability, and mutual respect
We are serious about results — and serious about creating an environment where ambitious
people thrive. MMM is not a corporate machine. It's a scaling, values-driven company where
strong culture, clear expectations, and long-term opportunity coexist.
