Dental Billing Specialist with Eaglesoft Experience

Flexteem is hiring a full time Dental Billing Specialist with Eaglesoft experience to support a US dental practice remotely.

Location: Remote

Work arrangement: Remote

Schedule: US Eastern Time business hours

Previous experience with US dental billing and practical experience using Eaglesoft are required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, submit and track dental insurance claims.
• Follow up on unpaid, rejected and denied claims.
• Review explanations of benefits and post insurance payments accurately in Eaglesoft.
• Enter approved adjustments and maintain accurate patient account balances.
• Review outstanding accounts and document follow up actions.
• Identify billing discrepancies and coordinate with the practice team to resolve them.
• Support insurance eligibility and benefits verification when needed.
• Follow the practice's privacy, security and approval procedures.

Requirements

• Previous experience handling billing for a US dental practice.
• Experience using Eaglesoft for billing, claims, payment posting and patient accounts.
• Understanding of dental terminology, procedure codes and insurance processes.
• Clear spoken and written English.
• Strong attention to detail, reliable communication and the ability to work independently.
• Availability for a full time schedule during US Eastern Time business hours.
• A reliable computer, stable internet connection, headset and quiet workspace.
