Company Description Zoobook Systems LLC partners with behavioral health, mental health, and addiction treatment facilities to help increase revenue, reduce costs, and improve clinical outcomes. The team combines software expertise with a deep understanding of clinical and operational processes, including compliance with State and DMHAS regulations. Zoobook supports providers in overcoming audit challenges, meeting documentation guidelines, and securing sustainable revenue. Its Zoobook EHR platform is built specifically for a wide range of behavioral and addiction service providers, including outpatient, inpatient, residential, and detox programs.

Role Description The Demo Booking Specialist is a full-time remote role responsible for scheduling and coordinating product demonstrations for prospective clients of Zoobook Systems LLC. In this role, the specialist will manage inbound and outbound communications, qualify leads, and engage with decision-makers at behavioral health and addiction treatment facilities to understand their needs and align demo opportunities. Daily tasks include maintaining an organized calendar of demos, following up with prospects via phone, email, and online channels, and accurately recording all activities in the CRM system. The specialist will collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless handoff from initial interest to scheduled demo, track performance metrics, and continually refine outreach strategies. This role also involves providing clear, courteous, and professional communication, supporting prospects with pre-demo information, and gathering feedback to improve the demo booking process.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear phone presence and professional email writing.
  • Experience with lead qualification, appointment setting, or inside sales in a software or healthcare-related environment.
  • Comfort working with CRM tools and basic data entry to track interactions and demo schedules accurately.
  • Solid organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple prospects and deadlines.
  • Customer-focused mindset, with the ability to listen, ask relevant questions, and build trust with potential clients.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating effectively with sales and marketing teams.
  • Familiarity with behavioral health, mental health, or addiction treatment services is a plus.
  • College diploma required; an associate or bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
