What You'll Do

• Develop and manage demand forecasts to support business growth and operational planning.
• Balance supply and demand by ensuring adequate fleet, capacity, or resource availability while optimizing costs and efficiency.
• Partner with Operations, Commercial, Finance, and Product teams to align planning strategies with business objectives.
• Analyze trends, seasonality, campaigns, and market dynamics to anticipate changes in demand and recommend proactive actions.
• Monitor key performance indicators such as forecast accuracy, utilization, fulfillment rates, and capacity planning metrics.
• Identify risks and bottlenecks in the supply chain or service network and implement mitigation strategies.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis, automation, and process optimization.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in demand planning, supply planning, operations planning, or analytics within e-commerce, logistics, retail, or other fast-paced industries.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and experience using planning or ERP systems; SQL or BI tools are a plus.
• Ability to synthesize large datasets into actionable insights and business recommendations.
• Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and managing competing priorities.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a hands-on, results-oriented mindset.
