Role Overview:

Primary Function: We're looking for an Demand Planning Supervisor to join our team and make an impact by supporting the demand forecasting and planning process. This role involves gathering data, analyzing historical data, coordinating with commercial teams, and ensuring forecasts are updated and accurate.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Statistics, or a related field
• At least 2-3 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, and supply chain roles
• Experience working with large data sets and generating actionable insights and reports
• Experience with ERP systems and demand planning software is an advantage
• Basic understanding of forecasting principles and models and supply chain processes
• Familiarity with market drivers, financial implications, and how demand can impact supply chain and profitability
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability to identify trends and abnormalities, and support root-cause analysis
• Working knowledge of functionalities of all systems available to Manufacturing and Distribution Group (e.g., SAP, HRMS)
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, collaborate, and present data findings with cross-functional teams
• Willing to be assigned in Novaliches
