What You'll Do:
- Sales Forecasting: Prepare monthly sales forecasts for 200+ SKUs across 650 stores/branches for the next 24 months using the Blue Yonder forecasting tool.
- Market & Data Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitive activities to identify potential impacts on the sales forecast.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to understand upcoming programs and initiatives for the next three months.
- Demand Review Leadership: Chair pre-demand review meetings with brand managers and regional sales heads and present aggregated forecasts during monthly demand review meetings with senior leaders.
- Data Governance & Additional Tasks: Ensure data integrity and proper master data maintenance within the forecasting tool, and support related tasks or projects as assigned.
What Makes You A Great Fit:
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience in S&OP or IBP, with a background collaborating closely with marketing, sales, and finance stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical, statistical, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to assess situations holistically.
- Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams; proficiency in Blue Yonder and NetSuite is a advantage
