Demand Planning Specialist

Location: Laguna, Philippines (Currently WFH until office is set up; Office location yet to be confirmed, will be around Laguna area)

Responsibilities:

• Review customers forecast and order and propose loading in MRP
• Liaise and follow up with customers on delivery schedule
• Monitor & work with production team and purchasing team on delivery commitments
• Maintain waterfall report based on customers forecast and line of balance report for internal review
• Minimise shipment backlogs and maintain finished goods inventory at an optimum level

Requirements:

• At least a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Supply Chain/Logistics or any relevant fields
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a demand planner and/or in an Electronics Manufacturing Services organization
• Familiar with ERP systems, preferably SAP
