The Demand Planning Senior Manager leads data-driven sales forecasting and demand planning, driving forecast accuracy, operational improvements, and strategic alignment while managing and developing a team to achieve business goals and sales targets.
- Collaborate with other departments to align forecasts, demand plans, and growth assumptions while securing business approvals.
- Maintains accurate demand planning through Anaplan integration, forecast governance, and compliance monitoring.
- Leads demand planning by identifying sales gaps, analyzing forecast risks, recommending solutions, and coordinating action plans with business teams to achieve targets and improve forecast accuracy.
- Leads planning process improvements, uses tools like Anaplan and Power BI to make planning more efficient, and supports accurate forecasting for new product launches through cross-functional coordination and data-driven analysis.
- Develops the demand planning team by strengthening forecasting capabilities, creating training and coaching plans, and preparing high-potential employees for future growth and leadership opportunities.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree holder, preferably in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, or any business-related course.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in managing Demand Planning and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP).
- Experience in supply chain operations and working knowledge of SAP, BI tools, or Anaplan
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in Six Sigma Black Belt is a plus
- Must be willing to work in Canlubang. Laguna
