AT A GLANCE
The Demand Planning Manager is responsible for overseeing activities on demand forecasting, supply ordering, ABC analysis, and replenishment strategies of the assigned brand.
YOUR OVERALL MISSION & DAY-TO-DAY
Demand and Replenishment Strategy
- Work with cross functional teams including Inventory, Outbound Logistics, Inbound Logistics, and Merchandising to ensure proper demand forecasting and replenishment.
- Analyze and develop demand forecasting and replenishment strategies.
Demand Forecasting
- Develop effective forecast models based on industry trends and demand patterns.
- Review historical sales trends, research demand drivers, prepare forecast data, and evaluate forecast results.
Supply Ordering and Monitoring
- Manage inventory at a healthy level below plan target with optimum safety stocks and ensure no stock outs.
- Monitor bad stocks inventory (slow and non-moving SKUs) and ensure their inventory levels are within targets.
Forecast Accuracy
- Drive continuous improvement in forecasting accuracy and forecasting processes to positively impact stock outs, shrink, on shelf availability, sales, and margins.
ABC Analysis
- Categorize products into three categories (A, B, and C) to determine levels of importance.
- Optimize inventory levels and achieve efficient use of budget.
Demand and Replenishment Policies, SOPs, and Process Improvements
- Develop and implement demand and replenishment improvement related projects.

YOUR TALENT
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- At least 8 years of experience in demand forecasting and planning
- Good organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage deadlines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, structured environment
