Job Description

Company Description Sunnies Face is a beauty brand born from a simple question often asked about lipstick shades and expanded into a full makeup line focused on color and creativity. Originating from Sunnies Studios, the brand brings its expertise in designing new products and playful aesthetics into the world of cosmetics. Sunnies Face is built around creating beauty items that are easy to wear, thoughtfully curated, and aligned with what modern consumers enjoy. Team members join a creative environment that values experimentation, collaboration, and a strong connection to its community of users. The brand continues to grow by listening to what people love about beauty and transforming those ideas into accessible products.

Role Description The Demand Planning Assistant Manager is a full-time role responsible for supporting end-to-end demand planning activities to ensure product availability and efficient supply across Sunnies Face's portfolio. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing historical sales data, coordinating demand forecasts, and translating market and promotional inputs into accurate volume projections. The role works closely with production, supply chain, and commercial teams to align demand plans with production schedules and inventory targets, minimizing stock-outs and excess stock. The Demand Planning Assistant Manager also prepares regular reports and dashboards, monitors key performance indicators, and recommends adjustments to plans based on actual performance and changing market conditions.
