What You'll Do:
- Forecast Accuracy: Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and seasonality to create accurate demand plans that align with business strategy.
- Inventory Optimization: Collaborate with supply planning to maintain optimal stock levels, balancing inventory carrying costs against service levels.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to incorporate promotions, new product launches, and market intelligence into the forecast.
- Performance Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators such as Forecast Accuracy, Bias, and Inventory Health (Good vs. Bad stock) to refine future plans.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 or more years in supply chain, demand planning, or data analysis roles, ideally in a retail or fast-moving consumer goods environment.
- Must be data proficient with advanced Microsoft Excel skills are mandatory.
- Experience with business intelligence tools like PowerBI or Tableau and ERP systems like SAP is highly valued for data visualization and management.
- A strong grasp of supply chain metrics, specifically Cycle Service Levels, Fill Rates, and Inventory Turnover ratios.
- Must have the ability to interpret large datasets, identify patterns, and adjust forecasts based on anomalies, marketing insights, or supply chain constraints.
- Amenable to work onsite in BGC, Taguig City and can start immediately.
