KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Demand Planning (Warehouse Sales):
- Analyze historical sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to create accurate demand forecasts for warehouse SKUs, including seasonal products.
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure alignment between demand forecasts and business goals.
- Schedule and prioritize production runs for the Philippine plant and assist with North American production schedules as required.
- Investigate and address root causes of stock shortages and aged inventory, implementing process improvements to prevent recurrence.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure optimal inventory levels that support forecasted and unexpected demand.
- Develop product lifecycle strategies including product introductions and phase-outs.
Inventory Management:
- Create and maintain weekly reports and dashboards tracking sales, orders, in-transit inventory, and WIP (work-in-progress) for North American warehouses.
- Identify and prioritize critical SKUs to maintain service levels.
- Monitor and evaluate supplier performance at all stages—production, shipping, and delivery—flagging potential risks.
- Conduct cost-benefit analysis to assess when to expedite shipments.
SAP Administration:
- Generate and manage SAP Purchase Orders and Sales Orders.
- Handle In-Transit postings and ensure clear communication with warehouse teams.
- Reconcile system records with actual warehouse inventory.
- Lead initiatives to clean and organize Sales Order data in SAP.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in demand planning, inventory management, or sales forecasting.
- Proficient in SAP and demand planning software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent time management.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience in warehouse sales, logistics, or the retail industry is a plus.
