Demand Planner

About the Role:

We are hiring an execution-focused Demand Planner to own demand planning, inventory control, purchase order execution, and vendor coordination. This role exists to prevent stockouts, maintain clean inventory coverage, and support SOP-driven cost reduction initiatives.

Core Responsibilities:

Execute weekly demand planning SOPs (forecast inventory PO)

Monitor inventory levels, expiry, and weeks of cover

Create and manage purchase orders

Escalate risks immediately when thresholds are breached

Maintain zero subscription stockouts

Vendor Management & Cost Reduction

Manage vendor relationships under defined SOPs

Communicate primarily via email (95%) with US-based vendors

Support new vendor outreach for packaging and product cost reduction

Track vendor performance, lead times, and pricing

Compensation: PHP 45,000 60,000 / month

Employment Type: Full-time, Philippine payroll
