Job Description:

Create and manage accurate demand forecasts based on sales trends, historical data and market conditions
Collaborate with commercial teams to align forecasts with business objectives
Monitor forecast accuracy and make adjustments as needed
Analyze market data to identify demand drivers, seasonality, and promotional impacts
Lead the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process to ensure demand alignment across departments
Utilize forecasting software and tools to improve efficiency and accuracy
Report on key demand metrics and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field
Experience in demand planning, forecasting, or related supply chain roles
Extremely robust analytical and problem-solving skills along with an eye for fine detail
Familiarity with demand forecasting fundamentals (statistics) and tools
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Be a systems thinker, with ability to design and implement automation solutions in their day to day tasks
