Demand Planner

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Demand Planner to support and optimize our supply chain operations. This role is key to improving efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing overall productivity by analyzing data and identifying opportunities for process improvement across the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Collection & Analysis: Gather and analyze data related to inventory, order processing, logistics, and supply chain performance.
• Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in supply chain processes and work with cross-functional teams to implement improvements.
• Logistics & Distribution Analysis: Assess warehouse and transportation operations to drive cost-saving and efficiency initiatives.
• Capacity Planning: Use data insights to support production and resource planning in line with demand forecasts.
• Reporting: Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key supply chain metrics and performance indicators.
• Documentation: Prepare and update process documentation, SOPs, and work instructions based on data-driven insights.
• Collaboration: Work closely with teams such as procurement, production, and sales to align supply planning with business goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or distribution analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts).
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Knowledge of process improvement tools (e.g., 5 Whys, PDCA, value stream mapping).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Willing to work onsite in Pasay City.
