AT A GLANCE (OVERVIEW)
The Demand Planning Manager is responsible for leading the end-to-end demand planning for all planning cycles in PH SEA, and other future areas for growth. As the lead for international demand planning, s/he handles the end-to-end process from reviewing key opportunities for growth, business plan/rolling estimate, forecasting & demand planning of assortment, shipment planning, re-ordering, sellout monitoring, S&OP, operation execution and business reviews.
YOUR OVERALL MISSION & DAY-TO-DAY
Supply Chain Management
• Champion day-to-day customer service for all international partners, distributors, and resellers CN, SEA, US, Middle East, and other future areas for growth
• Act as main point-of-contact for partners and provide solutions for all supply chain concerns (i.e. order processing & re-ordering, new product availability, quality issues, etc.)
• Collaborate with brand and marketing on international market and competitor trends and customer feedback which will fuel the international growth strategy
Order, Forecasting & Demand Planning Management
▪ Build a demand plan from statistical forecast baseline for SEA (Malaysia, Indonesia, and Singapore), international outright purchases and other future international outright markets; Identify outliers and integrates building blocks, growth plans, and opportunities geared towards achieving overall growth targets
▪ Initiate and lead demand planning process, in collaboration with Inbound Logistics and Brand Marketing, to ensure stock availability (shelf-life requirements, pricing for international markets, order deadlines, delivery timeline) and complete product compliance (import/export documents, technical product documentation, artwork compliance) for planned launches
▪ Review sales & promo performance, alongside yearly, quarterly, and monthly forecasts, to identify reorder points and ensure stock availability
▪ Review and monitor implementation of all product & channel launches and lead action items to address performance gaps and opportunities
▪ Facilitate issue escalation (for late ordering, shipment delays, quality issues, customer complaints, etc) and finding resolutions in a timely manner
▪ Address gaps in current process by proposing improvements and enhancing cooperation between all process parties to drive process improvements across demand planning cycle
▪ Consistently highlight risks and opportunities in the strategy and ensure the appropriate functions to take action to mitigate risks and bridge identified gaps
