About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and analytical Demand Planner to join our team. As a Demand Planner, you will be responsible for managing inventory levels, and replenishing the supply of goods to ensure that customer demand is met efficiently and cost-effectively. The role requires strong analytical skills, the ability to collaborate across various departments, and a deep understanding of supply chain management principles.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end demand forecasting and replenishment planning to support business growth while minimizing stock gaps and excess inventory.
- Monitor inventory health metrics (DOH, sell-through, ATP, aging) and recommend corrective actions to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with Commercial, Operations, and Warehouse teams on sell-in planning, promotions, and campaign readiness.
- Analyze sales trends, seasonality, and campaign performance to improve forecast accuracy and inventory turns.
- Manage purchase planning and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely stock replenishment aligned with business targets.
- Support reporting and business reviews through data-driven insights and recommendations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field
- Experience in demand planning, forecasting, or related supply chain roles
- Extremely robust analytical and problem-solving skills along with an eye for fine detail
- Familiarity with demand forecasting fundamentals (statistics) and tools
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Be a systems thinker, with ability to design and implement automation solutions in their day to day tasks
- Fresh graduates are welcome, provided they have relevant internship experience in the above areas.
