Quaifications and Experiences:
Education
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, Agriculture, or related field.
Professional Experience
- 7–10 years in operations, supply chain, planning, or logistics
- At least 3–5 years in a managerial or cross-functional coordination role
- Proven experience in multi-site production planning and delivery execution
- Exposure to manufacturing, FMCG, or feed milling preferred
- Experience managing 3PL partners and complex logistics networks
Technical Exposure (Preferred)
- ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Demand planning and inventory management tools
- Performance reporting and analytics
Key Responsibilities
A. Demand & Production Planning (PH-Wide Coordination)
- Translate approved sales demand into weekly and rolling production plans across all feed mills;
- Allocate volumes across sites based on capacity, raw material availability, cost, and commercial priorities;
- Validate and challenge sales forecasts against operational feasibility, historical trends, and constraints;
- Escalate misalignments early and recommend corrective actions;
- Lead Weekly Production Planning alignment with Plant Heads and relevant stakeholders;
- Drive Production Plan Adherence vs Approved Demand;
B. Strategic Service & Key Account Protection
- Ensure fulfilment prioritization in accordance with approved commercial priorities and revenue impact;
- Protect service continuity for strategic accounts and high-value customers;
- Coordinate with Sales leadership to manage trade-offs during constrained supply situations;
- Prevent avoidable service failures that could impact customer retention or revenue realization;
C. Inventory Management & Positioning
- Govern finished goods inventory levels across plants and depots;
- Optimize inter-plant and inter-depot transfers to support regional demand;
- Monitor inventory ageing and initiate actions to prevent obsolescence;
- Ensure alignment between production output and dispatch requirements;
D. Delivery & Dispatch Execution (Own Fleet + 3PL)
- Ensure reliable, cost-efficient dispatch of commercial feeds to customers and depots;
- Coordinate allocation and utilization of own fleet and accredited third-party logistics providers;
- Optimize routing, load planning, and delivery sequencing;
- Lead Weekly Dispatch Alignment to ensure readiness and execution discipline;
E. Sales–Operations Control Tower & Visibility
- Serve as the primary interface between Sales and Operations for fulfilment matters;
- Provide visibility on production status, inventory, and order fulfilment through dashboards and exception reporting;
- Ensure Sales teams and customers receive accurate and timely order status updates;
- Support timely DR confirmation to enable accurate and on-time billing;
F. Disruption & Crisis Management
- Act as central coordinator during supply disruptions (e.g., raw material shortages, packaging constraints, logistics issues);
- Activate contingency plans to minimize service interruptions;
- Align stakeholders on mitigation actions and priorities;
- Track and reduce recurrence of emergency situations;
G. Governance & Planning Cadence
- Lead cross-functional planning and alignment forums, including:
- Weekly Production Planning Meeting;
- Weekly Dispatch Alignment;
- Monthly S&OP Execution Review;
- Establish fulfilment processes, cut-offs, and escalation protocols;
- Drive continuous improvement to reduce firefighting and variability;
