Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Quezon City for a Demand Forecasting Planner specializing in the restaurant and food industry. The Demand Forecasting Planner will be responsible for analyzing sales trends and demand patterns to develop accurate forecasts. The role also includes creating production plans to align with business needs, collaborating with procurement and operations teams to ensure the availability of resources, preparing forecast reports, and recommending data-driven solutions to optimize inventory levels and reduce costs. Demand forecasting for perishables and high turnover food products. Attention to detail and an understanding of market trends are crucial in this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Demand Planning and Demand Forecasting to ensure accurate predictions and inventory management strategies
• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate sales data, identify trends, and improve forecasting models
• Experience in Production Planning and aligning resources to meet company goals
• Excellent Communication skills for cross-department collaboration and clear articulation of findings and recommendations
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Statistics, or a related field
• Proficiency in relevant software tools, including demand planning systems and spreadsheets
• Knowledge of the restaurant or food service industry is a significant advantage
• Strong problem-solving ability and a detail-oriented mindset
