Replenishment Manager (Assistant Manager role) / Demand Forecaster / Inventory.
Office Location:
WalterMart Head Office in North Edsa (Muoz), Quezon City.
I. Job Summary
The Inventory/Replenishment Manager reports to AVP Inventory/Replenishment. Primary responsible for Inventory, forecasting, new products availability, promotions and People Management.
II. Duties And Responsibilities
- Manage Days inventory and purchases
- Forecasting/Forward Buying
- Training and development Management
- Inventory Management
- Oversees the maintenance of the Replenishment and MMS System
III. Competencies
- Supply Chain and Strategic Planning
- Detail and process oriented
- Must be very analytical
- Demand Planning / Forecasting
- Strong communication, conflict resolution and negotiation skills
- Capability to train new personnel
- Ability to manage and function in a dynamic environment while handling multiple assignments
- Graduate of any four (4) years course, preferably Computer Science or Industrial Engineering graduate.
- With background in Demand Planning/forecasting. Prefer to know such as Merchandising Systems and Replenishment System.
