About the role: We are seeking a detail-oriented Demand Planning & Supply Chain Analyst to support forecasting, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), and supply chain decision-making. This role focuses on analyzing demand trends, aligning forecasts with supply capabilities, and providing data-driven insights to Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams.
Work Setup: Hybrid (3x a week RTO in Quezon City)
Work Shift: Morning Shift
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and analyze demand forecasts using historical data and market trends
- Support monthly Pre-S&OP and S&OP cycles
- Identify demand drivers, forecast gaps, and risks
- Prepare and present demand and supply insights to stakeholders
- Consolidate, clean, and summarize data from multiple sources using Excel, macros, and database tools
- Create charts, summaries, and trend analyses to support decision-making
- Identify opportunities for process and reporting improvements
- Collaborate with supply chain and operations teams to align demand and supply
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field
- Has 35 years experience in S&OP data gathering, manipulation, and analysis
- Has 3-5 years experiencedemand planning, supply chain, or forecasting
- Proficient in Excel and other data tools
- Strong analytical, reporting, and presentation skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
