Delivery Team Head (Pasig)

Generally responsible for supervising the daily operations of the team. Job Responsibilities are to provide control and guidance and create continuous improvement initiatives in order to achieve operational excellence. This role should ensure a service oriented and the professional working environment by supervising the performance of team members and executing necessary actions for their motivation when required. The job also requires in-depth knowledge of all reporting aspects, communications terminology and technology and organization procedures.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field
• At least 3-5 years work experience in a standard driven or manufacturing operations
• Those with ISO - standard quality orientation or training in productivity tools are ideal candidates
• Preferably from large multinational Logistics, Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG)
• Has worked with rigid quantitative and analytical skills requirement
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
