We are looking for Delivery Support Coordinators to join our Manila team. As a member of our Content Support team, your goal will be to provide support for customer content and services, including content management and service administration, to ensure timely and effective teaching and learning products for OCR's qualifications. This role supports the of the Content Support strategy for all OCR qualifications, GQ and VQ, with a particular focus on customer retention through serviceexcellence. What will you do as a Delivery Support Coordinator As a Delivery Support Coordinator, you will be reporting into the Delivery Support Manager. You will be working with a wide range of stakeholders in Product Support, to help deliver content and services for Cambridge OCR customers.

Essential:
- highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and consistently deliver accurate, high-quality work
- strong communication and collaboration skills, able to build effective working relationships with a range of colleagues and stakeholders
- experience of administration, content management or quality checking, with a structured approach to processes and record-keeping
- confident user of Microsoft 365, particularly Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams and SharePoint
- proactive, adaptable and customer-focused, with a willingness to learn, solve problems and improve ways of working.
Desirable:
- experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (e.g. Acrobat Pro, InDesign or Photoshop) or similar content management tools
- experience of process improvement, reporting or automation, including the use of digital tools to improve efficiency
- experience working in education, publishing, assessment or a content-focused environment.
