As a Delivery Senior Manager, you will lead the charge in developing innovative software solutions within our Software and Product Innovation group. Your role will involve driving digital transformation and enhancing business performance by designing, coding, and testing applications that redefine industries and deliver exceptional user experiences. As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills and network to deliver quality results, motivating and coaching teams to solve complex problems. You will apply sound judgment, recognizing when to take action and when to escalate, while developing and sustaining diverse and inclusive teams.

Responsibilities
- Leading the development and implementation of innovative software solutions to drive digital transformation
- Managing software engineering projects, confirming alignment with client needs and business objectives
- Utilizing advanced programming languages and application frameworks to design, code, and test applications
- Overseeing the application lifecycle management, including software maintenance and troubleshooting
- Directing teams in the application of continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) methodologies
- Conducting code reviews and quality assurance testing to maintain coding standards and software quality
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and develop functional solutions
- Applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities for business process improvement
- Coaching and mentoring team members to foster a culture of creativity and innovation
- Building and maintaining client relationships to validate outcomes and incorporate feedback into project planning
- Promoting the use of enterprise application architecture and integration to enhance business performance
- Leading strategic questioning and storytelling to convey clear, impactful messages to stakeholders
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 12 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
