We're partnering with a fast-scaling global consultancy operating across enterprise CRM, workplace platforms, and integration-led transformation programmes.

They are seeking a Delivery Operations Director (Salesforce) to own how delivery is structured, scaled, and continuously improved across a portfolio of international client engagements.

This is a senior leadership role focused on bringing clarity, consistency, and scale to delivery execution across a rapidly growing global footprint.

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years experience in delivery, consulting, or professional services
• Proven ability to manage multiple enterprise-level programmes concurrently
• Strong experience in Salesforce or comparable enterprise platforms
• Background in scaling delivery teams within consulting or services environments
• Strong client-facing and escalation management experience
• Comfortable operating in global, distributed team structures
