Your Role And Responsibilities

  • Ensure stable and healthy delivery during transition and operation.
  • Work closely with Project team to meet expectations from client and Project team.
  • Identify and drive process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure effective and accurate reporting to client, project team, leadership team as required.
  • Able to resolve irregular and complex cases with expertise and insights to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Work with Project team to identify Process Change Requests (PCR) and provide data analysis as needed.
  • Engage with employees on a monthly basis to keep the team morale and employee satisfaction.
  • Ensure team utilization and team productivity.
  • Ensure collaboration and cross support between Payroll and Benefit teams.
  • Ensure team to comply with IBM BCG, Data Security & Privacy, Business Control regulations. Work with team members to establish Social Contract.

Preferred Education

Bachelor's Degree

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

  • Native or near native Japanese skill, JLPT-1 or above.
  • Fluent communication in verbal Japanese is a must.
  • Bachelor's Degree or above, preferably Human Resources related major.
  • COMPANY/SAP/Oracle ERP experience is perferable.
  • Intermediate in MS Excel/Word/PowerPoint.
  • Good computer and internet navigation skills.
  • Logical, organized, detailed, with strong analytical skills.
  • Proved problem-solving abilities.
  • Proved skills in managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

  • Work Shift: Day shift (8am-5pm, Philippine time).
  • Work Schedule: Follow Japan Client Calendar.
  • Work Location: EastWood or UP Ayala Technohub.
