Delivery Manager

The Four13 Labs + Integration Delivery Lead owns the delivery of custom software, integrations, and data migrations so solutions and data flows ship on time and are stable, secure, and accurate. This role coordinates highly technical, cross-system work.

• Translate integration and custom dev roadmaps into clear delivery plans.
• Coordinate developers, analysts, and QA across integration and Labs projects.
• Ensure runbooks, migration plans, and fallbacks are defined and followed.
• Monitor incidents, data issues, and stability, and drive improvements.
• Partner with Solution Architects and PMs on design and risk management.

Own the delivery of custom software, integrations, and data migrations so solutions and data flows ship on time and are stable, secure, and accurate.

• Integration and Labs milestones are delivered on time with low critical defect rates.
• Data flows and custom solutions are stable and well documented.
• Risks to data integrity and system stability are identified and mitigated early.

• Maintain integrated backlogs and project plans for custom dev, integrations, and migrations.
• Coordinate work across developers, analysts, and QA for integration and Labs efforts.
• Ensure runbooks, migration plans, and rollback procedures are created and followed.
• Monitor incidents and defects, driving root-cause analysis and process improvements.
• Communicate technical risks, trade-offs, and decisions to PMs and stakeholders.
