About The Role
The Digital Delivery manages the delivery of bank's digital programs and projects together with the Business Enabling Teams through: collaborative planning, execution, and monitoring of projects and programs to ensure on-time, on-scope, and on-budget delivery by having a thorough understanding of the technical design, process flows, and data flows that ensures adherence to both business and technical requirements and standards; understanding of business, data, application, technology, and risk map of the project; demonstration of the ability influence and consult (providing options with pros, cons and risks) while providing thought leadership to sponsors/stakeholders in solving governance, program/project management, business process and/or technical problems; establishment of appropriate governance functions in accordance to enterprise policies and practices; overseeing the overall design and architecture of the project being delivered and ensures that integration between affected IT platforms conforms with the architecture provided by the Solutions Architect; While ensuring alignment with the bank-wide strategic goals - 24/7 availability, six sigma reliability & service delivery - towards creating meaningful customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Leads the overall delivery management of each project under within the managed portfolio ensuring such are delivered on-time, on-budget, and on-scope
- Defines and finalize project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with business unit and key stakeholders
- Creates and manages the detailed timeline for project execution and ensures that resources are always aligned with such
- Optimizes utilization of available resources to deliver project activities within the required timeframes and agreed quality and scope
- Coaches, mentors, motivates and supervises project team members and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work
- Updates the project team of the status of the project based on agreed upon frequency
- Clears blockers for the SMEs to perform and deliver
- Facilitates learning through post mortem and sprint retrospective
- Provides direct supervision and mentoring to project team members
- Reviews technical design provided by the Solutions Architect such as database, application architecture and system interface design together with the technical delivery team
- Identifies, monitors and manages project risks, issues, dependencies and action plans until project implementation and closure
- Monitors and manages project expenses to ensure it is within cost baseline
- Identifies and manages project dependencies and critical path
- Establishes and ensures appropriate governance functions for the program in accordance with enterprise policies, practices and on behalf of the executive sponsor or senior responsible owner
- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans
- Ensures that implemented solution is based on the Solutions Architect's design and is aligned with the Enterprise Architecture
Qualifications
Must have
- 5 years in IT industry or related field
- Experienced with Scrum, PMP, and IT Trainings
- Accountability, Adaptability, Analytical, Good Communication Skills, Critical thinking, Teamwork, Willingness to learn
Nice to have
- Certifications related with Project Management/Scrum
