Delivery Lead (Banking Industry)

Delivery Lead manages delivery of the bank's digital programs and projects, ensuring on-time, on-scope, on-budget outcomes. Partnering with Business Enabling Teams, the role provides governance and thought leadership to align execution with strategic goals and improve customer experience through effective project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall delivery management for projects in the managed portfolio.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables with business units and stakeholders.
• Create and manage detailed execution timelines with aligned resources.
• Optimize resource utilization to meet timeframes and quality standards.
• Coach, mentor, and supervise project team members to foster accountability.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, critical paths, and action plans.
• Establish governance, manage changes, and ensure alignment with architecture.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT industry or related field.
• Scrum, PMP, and completion of relevant IT training.
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture principles.
• Experience with Agile methodologies beyond Scrum.
• Coaching and mentoring experience for project teams.
• Ability to influence and consult effectively with stakeholders.
• Familiarity with risk management frameworks and strong analytical thinking.
