About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Delivery Excellence Senior Manager to lead quality governance, risk management, and process improvement initiatives across IT services and support projects. This role is pivotal in ensuring operational efficiency, compliance with industry standards, and driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct risk reviews and internal quality audits across IT projects.
- Collect, analyze, and publish process metrics, SLAs, KPIs, and insights.
- Lead quality initiatives, certifications (ISO, CMMI), and audit cycles.
- Facilitate process implementation and deliver training sessions.
- Identify and recommend process improvements.
- Conduct risk assessments and provide early warning reports.
- Drive Six Sigma projects for efficiency and defect reduction.
Experience & Qualifications
- 8–10 years of relevant experience in Delivery Excellence / Quality Assurance for IT services.
- Strong understanding of SLAs, KPIs, and metrics for IT/ITES projects.
- Experience in internal audits, risk reviews, and process training.
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams at all levels.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills
- Six Sigma Black Belt certification (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of ITIL, ISO 9001, and CMMI frameworks.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with AI tools for process improvement.
