Job Description

Support engagements to achieve yearly competitiveness target
Monitor the PROMPT performance, share insights to engagements and instigate the improvement opportunities
Facilitate engagements and IA team for any RPA projects or other automation tools implementation if needed
Builds and maintains strong working relationship with all engagements and answer related queries on time
Manage Center-wide training program & best practice sharing, such like ESOAR, DGEM, 6 Sigma and so on.
Support any center initiatives and facilitate the analysis and data collection/validation

Skills And Requirements

must have more than 4 years of operations/delivery experience in a BPO set up
Good communication skills and project management skill
Strong problem-solving skills by using end to end process review and data driven analysis
Good English skills enabling good written & verbal communication
Proficient in MS Office
Can start ASAP
