Job Description:
- Loading and unloading of goods onto vehicle according to the assigned delivery schedule and delivery orders.
- Ensuring accurate handling and timely dispatch of goods according to the scheduled delivery requirements.
- Delivering goods to customers according to the assigned routes and delivery schedules in a safe, courteous, and timely manner.
- Ensuring all scheduled deliveries are completed accurately and within the stipulated time frame.
- Establishing and maintaining excellent customer service during delivery.
- Compliance with internal standard operating procedures and delivery requirements.
- Carrying out ad hoc duties and tasks as assigned by the immediate reporting manager to support daily operations.
Requirements:
- Hold a Class 3 or 3A Driving Licence, with validity of at least 2 years.
- Prior experience in goods or parcel delivery (high volume preferred).
- Good knowledge of Singapore roads and delivery clusters.
- Able to follow assigned delivery schedules and routes.
- Able to work according to a rotating work roster, with no selection of preferred working hours.
- Working hours: 5 working days between Monday - Sunday, based on assigned roster (AM: 6:00 AM - 3:00PM | PM: 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM).
- Off Days: 2 off days per week (1 Weekday + 1 Weekend), based on roster.
