Job Description
- Safely operate company vehicles, including closed vans, 4-wheel vehicles, and motorcycles.
- Transport personnel, materials, tools, and equipment to project sites and designated locations.
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections and ensure assigned vehicles are in good operating condition.
- Perform basic vehicle troubleshooting and coordinate necessary repairs and maintenance.
- Assist in loading, unloading, handling, and securing materials, tools, and equipment.
- Support installation, maintenance, repair, and fabrication activities at project sites.
- Operate hand and power tools such as grinders, drills, cutting machines, and other equipment as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper storage of tools, equipment, and work areas.
- Assist in the delivery and retrieval of project-related materials and documents.
- Maintain trip logs, fuel records, and other required documentation.
- Observe and comply with all company safety policies, procedures, and site regulations.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Qualifications
- At least High School Graduate or equivalent.
- Must possess a valid Professional Driver's License with appropriate restrictions/codes.
- Must be able to drive a closed van, 4-wheel vehicle, and motorcycle. (both manual and automatic transmission).
- Familiar with routes within Metro Manila and nearby provinces.
- Knowledgeable in basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Experience in operating hand and power tools (e.g., grinders, drills, and cutting machines) is an advantage.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting, carrying, and handling materials and equipment.
- Willing to perform field work, travel to project sites, and render overtime when required.
- Experience in construction, engineering, LPG, mechanical, fabrication, or maintenance works is an advantage.
- With good personality and professional work ethics.
- Honest, trustworthy, responsible, and dependable.
- Has good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to work effectively with coworkers, and supervisors.
- Positive attitude, willing to learn, and able to work under pressure.
