We are urgently looking for an experienced Delivery Director to lead large-scale technology delivery, service management, governance and cross-functional teams.

Position: Delivery Director

Employment Type: Full-Time Employment (FTE)

Location: Delhi NCR / Remote

Budget: 30–35 LPA

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

15+ years of overall IT experience with strong Technical Delivery & Service Management expertise

Proven experience managing end-to-end service delivery, SLAs and quality standards

Strong leadership of large cross-functional teams

Experience working in Onshore–Offshore delivery models

Strong exposure to Migration, Integration, Development and Support environments

Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills

Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile & Scrum methodologies

Hands-on exposure to Azure, Oracle and Salesforce environments

Strong capabilities in resource planning, project planning, delivery governance and reporting

Excellent analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills

Previous experience in IT Consulting / Technology Services organizations

Strong people leadership and team management capabilities

Experience with AI platforms is required

PMP / ITIL certification preferred

PRINCE2 / Scrum Master certification would be an added advantage
