Job Description
What we're looking for:
- 20+ years of experience in technology delivery, program management, and leadership.
- Strong expertise in the Healthcare Payer domain.
- Proven experience managing multiple healthcare accounts, programs, and large delivery portfolios.
- Demonstrated ownership of P&L, revenue growth, margins, forecasting, and cost optimization.
- Experience leading large, globally distributed delivery teams.
- Strong executive stakeholder management, client engagement, and account growth capabilities.
- Exposure to healthcare technology modernization, cloud, data, AI, and digital transformation initiatives.
