Job Summary
The Delivery Growth Channel Specialist supports the execution of the brand's day-to-day operations across all third-party delivery aggregator platforms (e.g., GrabFood, foodpanda). Reporting to the Marketing Operations Manager, this role is responsible for implementing promotional campaigns, maintaining platform content, monitoring channel performance, and coordinating with store operations to ensure smooth fulfillment. This is a hands-on execution role — strategy and planning are driven by the Manager, with the Specialist translating those plans into action.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute the 3PA promotional calendar as directed by the Marketing Operations Manager: set up deals, discounts, and campaign mechanics across all aggregator partner portals
- Maintain and update menu listings, store hours, item availability, pricing, and visual assets on all aggregator platforms to ensure accuracy and brand consistency
- Monitor daily and weekly channel performance metrics (order volume, GMV, cancellation rates, promo uptake) and flag deviations or issues to the Manager
- Coordinate with store operations and franchisees on operational requirements: menu changes, peak-hour readiness, rider handling protocols, and issue resolution
- Track competitor activity on aggregator platforms (pricing, promotions, placement) and compile regular competitive intelligence reports for the Manager
- Prepare weekly performance summaries and post-campaign recaps using data from partner dashboards, following templates and reporting cadences set by the Manager
- Serve as the first point of contact for aggregator partner day-to-day communications — campaign submission, content updates, and operational issue escalation
- Support the Manager in joint business plan execution by collating data, preparing presentation materials, and tracking action items
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2–3 years of experience in trade marketing, channel coordination, or e-commerce operations; exposure to food-delivery aggregator platforms is a strong advantage
- Working familiarity with aggregator backend tools (GrabMerchant, foodpanda Partner Portal, or equivalent) and their promotional setup workflows
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills — able to manage multiple simultaneous menu updates, promo setups, and content refreshes without error
- Basic analytical skills: comfortable pulling data from dashboards, building simple reports in Excel or Google Sheets, and identifying trends or anomalies
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with store teams, franchisees, and external partner representatives
- Ability to follow structured workflows and escalation protocols; receptive to guidance and feedback from the Manager
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
