• Maintain and raise technical standards across engineering teams by evaluating architectural decisions and ensuring all solutions meet enterprise requirements for quality, security, scalability, and performance.
• Lead operational performance for both Professional Services and Managed Services delivered from the Philippines by overseeing project scoping, delivery execution, SLA management, service transition processes, escalation management protocols, and continuous service improvement initiatives.
