Job Description

Title: Delivery and Loyalty Marketing Senior Manager

Jollibee Group's Delivery & Loyalty Marketing Senior Manager is responsible for the following:

Loyalty Programs

  • Has worked on or managed customer loyalty initiatives such as rewards systems, point-based programs, or membership tiers.
  • Understands how to drive customer retention and engagement through personalized offers, incentives, and data-driven strategies.
  • Nice to have: Background in CRM systems for managing customer data and campaign performance.

Delivery Operations

  • Familiar with food or product delivery platforms, logistics coordination, and service-level management.
  • Experience in optimizing delivery processes, managing third-party delivery partners, or integrating delivery systems into company platforms.

Company App And Website

  • Has contributed to the development, enhancement, or management of a company's mobile app and website.
  • Understands user experience (UX), customer journey mapping, and digital touchpoints that drive engagement and conversion.

Aggregators

  • Experience working with third-party platforms such as GrabFood, Foodpanda, Lazada, Shopee, etc.
  • Skilled in managing listings, promotions, and performance metrics on these platforms, and aligning aggregator strategies with company goals.

Job Qualifications

  • Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any related course.
    • Post-graduate degree is an advantage.
    • Must have at least 8-10 years of experience in digital marketing, customer engagement, or related fields.
    • Must have an experience in developing and launching an advertising or integrated marketing campaign, e-commerce and new toy concept launches.
    • Must be willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig City on a hybrid working set-up (2 days onsite per week)

    Preferred Skills & Experience

    • Strong background in Loyalty Program Management and CRM.
    • Exposure to SOK, aggregators, and digital touchpoints.
    • Experience working in-house (corporate setting) is preferred.
    • Proven leadership experience in cross-functional or strategic roles
