We're hiring for Delegate Jr. Sales Executives (Biopharma & Life Sciences Events)

2-3 Year Experience | Remote Contract Based

Are you a looking to break into sales, business, or the exciting world of biopharma and life sciences

Join us as a Delegate Sales Executive and gain hands-on experience selling delegate passes & sponsorship packages for our high-impact, international conferences that bring together the world's leading researchers, biotech firms, and pharma innovators.

Our conferences are designed to drive innovation and partnerships across drug development, biotech, cell and gene therapy, and more.

What You'll be Doing:

As a Delegate Sales Executive, you will:

  • Outreach to potential delegates via email, LinkedIn, and phone
  • Building and qualifying B2B leads in the life sciences and biopharma sectors
  • Managing the full sales cycle, from first contact to confirmed registration
  • Supporting market research to identify new prospects and sales strategies
  • Collaborating with our events, marketing, and operations teams
  • Optional: Join on-site or virtual events and support delivery

Who We're Looking For:

  • Recently completed a degree in Business, Life Sciences, Marketing, or related field
  • Interest in healthcare, pharma, or scientific industries
  • Confident communicator with excellent verbal and written English
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and proactive
  • Comfortable with cold-calling, CRM tools, and client-facing communication
  • Previous sales, events, or customer service experience is a bonus
